My Fitness Journey


I started my fitness journey back in 2019. I used to go to the gym regularly, but honestly, I never followed a proper diet. My lifestyle back then was all about partying and clubbing, and because of that, I became overweight.
Those days were tough. I didn't realize how badly I was treating my body until COVID hit. The gyms were shut, and for the first time, I saw myself clearly—and I didn't like what I saw. I felt low, unhappy, and stuck in a dark space mentally.
That's when I made a big decision. I left the city and went back to my village—away from pollution, distractions, and noise. No crowd, no parties—just peace and focus. That was the real turning point. I started taking my fitness journey seriously from that moment.
Eventually, I made one of the boldest decisions of my life—I quit my job to follow my true passion: fitness.
Today, I'm a full-time fitness coach. I've helped many people transform their bodies and lifestyles, just like I transformed mine. And this is just the beginning of my journey.
